GENERAL

I WILL NOT DRAW FOR
Homophobes, TERFs, Zoophiles, Racists, Pedophiles/Lolicons, ect.
If I do draw for someone associated with these labels please notify me> I reserve the right to decline a commission. I can provide a reason if asked.
> If you are in any way disrespectful or break my TOS, I have the right to cancel your commission. If the commission has been started I can offer a partial refund.
> Do not use my art for any form of hate speech, harassment, NFT, Crypto or related purposes> Payment can be made via Paypal or Ko-Fi. For paypal I will need your email to invoice you.
> Payment is required after I have sent you a sketch and you have approved the artwork. Failure to do so in a timely manner will result in termination of your commission.
> I do not offer payment plans at this time> It is your responsibility as the commissioner to let me know specific details of your commission beforehand This includes posing, facial expression, extras and related. I will ask you before starting what you would like to be present in the commission and will make any changes you would like during the sketching phase. Once lined and coloured only very minor edits will be made.
> As the commissioner you reserve the right to the finished commission and can repost with proper credit. All of my art is for personal use . Do not make heavy edits to my artwork unless discussed with me beforehand. If you are found to do so I will blacklist you from any further commissions.> I may post your commission to social media or use it as an example for my artwork, if you would prefer me not to please let me know during the commissioning process.
> You cannot use my work in any commercial setting unless discussed with me and I have given my permission.
> You may not use my work in any way, shape or form unless it was made specifically for you
